Registration Process Simplification

The service related to registration of cooperatives has been simplified on the occasion of Mujibvarsha. This is basically a replicating activity. Earlier, the beneficiaries had to go to the Upazila Cooperative Office four or five times to get registration. At present, it is needef only once to go to the Upazila Cooperative Office; In some cases, one just has to make a telephone call, he/she doesn't even have to go to the Upazila Cooperative Office. Once the Upazila Cooperative Office is contacted in any way, the registration application form, treasury invoice form filling, bye-law approval, organizational meeting, pre-registration training, collection of signatures on various documents etc. are done by the Upazila Cooperative Officer and his representatives in one day. After registration, the registration certificate is delivered by the Upazila Cooperative Officer at the office of the association. Whereas in the past, the aspirants used to go to the co-operative office for registration by spending several times. They had to spend much time, now they are getting the service related to registration very easily. TCV have been reduced by this process.
